    Dear TOSS Team,

I appreciate your initiation of the manual link-building efforts. To ensure we’re on the same page, I’d like to clarify my objectives for the project moving forward.

I understand your approach involves a well-balanced strategy, including targeting domains with authority (DA 30-70), drip-feeding links for a natural profile, Project Management Professional (PMP)  and using a mix of do-follow and contextual links to boost visibility of positive content. I also value the diversity that niche-relevant sites bring alongside general domains for authenticity.

The key goal I’m aiming for is to mitigate the impact of certain negative search results related to my name, specifically when searching “Jimmy Gedeon,” “Jim Gedeon,” or “James Gedeon” in Concord, NH. These results currently reflect:

    1. Personnel Appeals Board Documents: Records from the New Hampshire Personnel Appeals Board (Docket #2022-T-025).

    2. Legal Case Dockets: A case titled “Jimmy Gedeon v NZ. BEAUTE BAR, LLC” from Hillsborough County Superior Court.

    3. Federal Court Documents: Case documents titled “Gedeon_v_United_HealthCare_Services_Inc” available through federal court records.

Despite being public records, these results negatively affect my online reputation. To counter this, I would like the backlinks to focus on positive pages, such as:

    • My LinkedIn profile, showcasing my professional credentials.
    • A repository of articles highlighting my professional achievements, certifications, and leadership, including my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    • Articles that emphasize my involvement in community and industry-related initiatives.
